By subscribing to our program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Access

The program can only be accessed with an active subscription.

There is no one-time payment option that provides lifetime access.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment only by emailing hello@selfconcept.com.

This guarantee does not apply to yearly renewals, only the initial payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@selfconcept.com.

Cancellation requests must be sent at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

It is your responsibility to ensure you request cancellation if you do not want to renew.

If you unsubscribe from our email list, we cannot guarantee delivery of renewal reminders.

4. Renewal Reminders (Yearly Subscriptions)

Yearly subscribers will receive reminder emails 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days prior to renewal (unless unsubscribed from our list, we cannot guarantee their delivery).

5. Rejoining After Cancellation

If you cancel and wish to rejoin later, you will need to pay the then-current price of the program.

6. Program Access & Platform

All training content, community discussions, and live calls are hosted on Skool.com.

After purchase, you will receive an email invitation to join the Skool community.

7. Account & Community Rules

Your subscription grants access only to you. Sharing login details or program content is prohibited.

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund for account sharing or misuse.

Community Rules:

• Be positive – Disagreements are welcome but must remain respectful and constructive.

• Make an effort – Stay on topic, post in the correct category, add value, and proofread your posts.

• Share only group resources – Do not share outside NLP resources, as much is inaccurately taught. Email us at hello@selfconcept.com with suggestions.

• Peers, Not Prospects – This is a learning community. Selling your services is not allowed.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, and resources are owned by SelfConcept.com and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

9. No Guarantees

This program is for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees of results or outcomes.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the program means you accept any changes.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and store basic personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details in order to provide access to the program and communicate with you.

We will never sell your information to third parties.

Your personal data may be shared with trusted third-party services we use for hosting (Skool), email communication, and payment processing (e.g., Stripe or similar platforms), solely for delivering the program.

By joining the community on Skool, other members may see your profile name and posts. You control what you share.
